Two people were injured in the bike accident | Binnaguri

Two bike riders were injured when they hit a cow lying on the road. The cow died after being hit by the bike. The house of the two youths on the bike is in Haldibari tea garden. One's condition is serious. The accident took place on the 31C National Highway adjacent to the newly constructed bus stand at Binnaguri around 3 am on Sunday.

Upon receiving the news, Banarhat police came and took the injured youths to Banarhat Hospital. According to the locals, cattle have been roaming in groups on the national highway since evening. Even at night, the owner of the cattle does not look for any of the cattle.

According to local sources, on Sunday morning, two youths were returning home after seeing Karam Pujo, hit a cow lying on the road and fell off the bike. Hearing the loud noise, the people of the area came out and informed the Banarhat police station. Police came and took the two injured youths to the hospital.

According to the locals, the speed of the bike was so high that the cow died immediately after being hit by the bike. Banarhat police said the bike was recovered and brought to the police station. How the accident happened is being investigated.
